Neurofeedback and Biofeedback for Peak Performance,
Chronic Stress, Anxiety and many more...
Why neurofeedback training?
Nothing is more constant than change. And nothing seems so difficult to achieve.
Every change starts in the head/brain.
In order to make change possible at all, the brain must be able to carry out this change at all. And this is exactly where neurofeedback training comes in.
Neurofeedback training allows the trainee a better self-awareness of the brain activities, from which a change is possible in the first place. Changes of any kind always take place in the brain with a change in brain activity.
The neurofeedback training serves to learn a new behaviour more easily or to get rid of old, annoying habits. In addition, the trainee learns that his brain can work with a more economical, quasi-energy-saving brain wave pattern, which can ultimately lead to a more energy-saving way of living and working. A state that many people describe as a “flow state” that correlates with the release of happiness hormones.
Why biofeedback training?
Because biofeedback is a technique that helps learn to control some of our body’s functions, such as muscle tension. During a biofeedback training, sensors are placed on specific muscles to receive information about our bodies.
The received feedback helps the trainee make subtle changes in his body. Learning to control muscle tension, helps control relaxation, and as a result reduce pain or stress.
